Standing near an old run-down farm house surrounded by vacant fields John Miller had a vision of how the area currently known as the Pinecroft Business Park would become the Inland Northwest’s premier business campus. In 1996 the initial 15 acres of land was purchased commencing the development of Pinecroft. 20+ years later the Pinecroft Business Park encompasses over 96 acres and is 470,000 square feet of Class A office space and growing. John’s vision of creating flexible, efficient and cost-effective buildings with plenty of parking to support the business community in the Spokane area is a reality.
