New Neighbor in Pinecroft Business

You may have noticed the 40,000 square foot structure going up on Pinecroft Way. It is a 42-panel tilt up concrete constructed building with panoramic views of the Spokane River. We are happy to announce Northwestern Mutual has leased the top story. They plan to move in early Summer of 2018. This is the first of three buildings Pinecroft, LLC is hoping to build along the River’s edge.
