Exercise Room
Conveniently located at 12709 E Mirabeau Parkway, Suite 30, the Pinecroft Business Park hosts an exercise room and shower facility. This facility is free of charge for all Pinecroft, LLC tenants and their employees provided we have a signed waiver on file in the Leavitt Capital management office.
Pinecroft Business Park Exercise Room Rules:
- No food, drink (other than water), smoking or non-service animals allowed in the Exercise Room
- No one under 18 allowed in the Exercise Room
- Proper attire required, including appropriate shirts and shoes
- Limit the use of equipment to 30 minutes when others are waiting
- Wipe equipment off with provided wipes after each use to help keep safe and clean
- Report malfunctioning or broken equipment immediately to management
- Persons under medical supervision or treatment should consult a physician before use
- Anyone using the Exercise Room uses it at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for any injury
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 6AM to 7PM (excluding Holidays)

For access to the Pinecroft Business Park Exercise Room, please sign and return the waiver to the Leavitt Capital management office either in person or via email at amenities@leavittcap.com. After we receive and process the waiver, a key FOB will be checked out to you, which will give you access to the facility.
