Amenities Building Offers an Exercise Facility for Pinecroft Tenants

Our tenants have spoken and we have listened. After many years of requests, Pinecroft Business Park will have an exercise facility for tenant use. It will be coming online in Spring 2018 at the Amenities Building located at 12709 E Mirabeau Parkway, Building B, Suite 30, Spokane Valley, WA. Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 8 PM. To gain access, you will need to sign a liability waiver (insert link to waiver here) and submit the signed waiver to our property manager: JMA Commercial Real Estate, LLC, located at the Amenities Building, 12709 E Mirabeau Parkway, Building B, Suite 10, Spokane Valley, WA. There is no additional cost to use this space, you just need to be a Pinecroft tenant. There are two unisex bathrooms with showers for tenant use as well.
